The Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut Memorial Scholarship Fund!
Through this scholarship, we aim to support and encourage the next generation of leaders in the LGBTQ+ community and the broader civil rights movement. Applications are due by December 31, 2025.
This year, the Scholarship Committee will award three (3) $1,000 scholarships to students who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community or as allies. Applicants must be Connecticut residents and demonstrate active involvement in the LGBTQ+ community.
The Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut (ISCofAIICT) is one of over 70 chapters within the International Court System, the second-largest LGBTQ+ fundraising organization in the United States, following closely behind the Human Rights Campaign.
Our Purpose:
To raise charitable funds, perform noble deeds for the community at large, and provide an outlet for social interaction among those who share our mission and values.
Our Goal:
To raise needed funds for community and social service organizations while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes positive community awareness.
We encourage you to share this opportunity with students who meet the eligibility criteria and would benefit from this scholarship. Applicants should submit:
• A letter of introduction including their contact information, and
• A 350-word essay describing their accomplishments, involvement in the LGBTQ+ community, life goals, and reasons for applying.
If selected as a finalist, applicants will be invited for an interview, either in person or virtually. Scholarship recipients may also be invited to attend our largest annual fundraising event in February, where we hope to present their award in person.
Applications and essays can be sent by email to scholarship@ctimperialcourt.org or to the address above. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions at (860) 916-9973.
